I absolutely love Ivana's balayage art! Every time I leave the salon I feel beautiful. The almost hour-long journey each way is worth every moment. Ivana is simply the best her skills combined with her friendliness makes every visit a real pleasure. Thank you very much Ivana and I am already looking forward to my next appointment.
Ivana is an excellent hairdresser who takes very good care of her customers. She takes the hair into consideration and doesn't simply implement every wish that could potentially be harmful. She advises openly and honestly! In her salon she creates a trusting atmosphere in which I feel comfortable and is very communicative. She is always committed to fulfilling her customers' wishes in the best possible way.
Unfortunately, I have to write that the services I have received from the hairdresser so far no longer meet the expected standards. I find working under time pressure with 2-3 customers at the same time to be less than professional. I wouldn't recommend this for blonde hair. If you want to go out with orange hair, that might be an option, but not for a nice blonde. I only had my roots dyed, which was already nice and blonde at the bottom, and thought about only going lighter at the top since my roots are dark brown. Unfortunately my approach is now totally orange. Despite my long-standing loyalty and the fact that I didn't want to leave a negative review, I have noticed that the way they work and the products they use have changed since last year. For this result I had to pay an amount of 360 francs. After I requested a correction, I was charged a further amount of 90 francs. It's just a shame and she claims my roots are too dry even though they haven't even been colored.
Today was my first visit to Ivana and I can only confirm the positive feedback. During the consultation she was totally honest, direct and focused on the well-being of your hair. Time, patience and self-motivation and I am sure that she will make every customer happy. The atmosphere was also super pleasant and her customers were just as warm as Ivana. I don't want to say anything about the facility, I was speechless. You can tell that Ivana built the shop with a lot of love. I'm really looking forward to the process and will only go to her from now on. Even if you have a longer journey, it's worth it!! 🥰 T H A N K Y O U
