Can’t recommend BBB boutique enough - it might be smaller than other bridal stores but the customer service is second to none! Special thanks to Lori who helped me find my dream dress (Modeca) and veil - she was so on the ball, was so helpful and made me feel so at ease during my appointments. I had so many compliments about my dress and felt so confident on our wedding day!
Fantastic service start to finish. Bridal dress shopping made easy from people who are obviously passionate about their job. Carol and the staff are totally made for this job. Bride was made to feel at ease and she said yes to the dress! Now to bridesmaid dress shopping, and again, fantastic customer service from people who make you feel as if you've known them for years! Two dresses bought! The dresses on offer are beautifully stunning. I highly recommend coming to this boutique first.
I knew before my wedding that I was looking for a Sophia Tolli dress, & it just so happened that when it came time for looking the store was having a trunk show. When I arrived the girls were so lovely, weren’t pushy whatsoever & made me feel very comfortable. This was the first store & first time I had tried dresses & the experience was great. I said yes to my dress & purchased the Elodie dress which was perfect. I can’t thank the girls enough for encouraging me to try on different styles, as I then purchased my dress in a style I was completely avoiding.
If I could rate higher I would. This was the fifth and final bridal shop I visited before saying yes to the dress at last. From the moment I walked in with my mum and sister, Carole made us all feel so comfortable, nothing was too much trouble for her and there was zero pressure to make a decision there and then. The second dress I tried on turned out to be the one, but Carole helped me solidify my decision by bringing me a few more dresses to try before retrying the second dress. I ended up ordering the dress then and there. Carole is a credit to the store, so kind and listened to everything I said. She made the whole process easy and I couldn’t recommend BBB more! I loved that they don’t ask for an appointment fee like so many other shops do. I also loved their wish list system where you can choose up to 5 dresses from their site which will then be sitting ready for you to try on at your appointment.
I said YES to the dress at Bibbidi Bobbidi Boo Bridal. A massive thank you to Carol who made me feel like I’d known her for years. Carol was very experienced and knowledgeable. She made me feel incredible about myself. I had a decision to make at the end and she gave me and my party loads of time to ourselves speak and make my decision there was no pressure and everything felt very easy. I was able to try on a lot of different dresses which u don’t get to in other shops. Thank you millions Carol xxx
