This place has went down rapidly. It’s shocking that No care or attention goes into their work now. You only receive I don’t care attitude. To be honest I will never return and I have went for the last 5 years. Very disappointed. I have to go home and sort the mess and do it myself. By the way it was my eyebrows I was getting done. Absolutely dreadful Job. They might be cheap but as they say you get what you pay for.
The owner is really sweet and welcoming. Very professional with their work and they know their stuff well when it comes to threading. As for waxing I have never experienced someone as efficient, quick and causing minimal pain. Im super comfortable and happy with the service they provide.
I had a very bad experience here. I was not received properly and then the torture started. The threading was done very carelessly which left me with multiple cuts. I have gotten my eyebrows threaded lots of times but have never felt such pain. I had to ask her to stop at times as it was getting really painful. Later at the end when I told I have lots of cuts then she just bluntly told to my face that I had been moving all the time and have very sensitive skin. I have come to get my eyebrows done I am not a fool to move while the thread is on my brows and obviously I had to ask her to stop at times when she was ripping the skin off. Really dissatisfied and disappointed.
I had both my eyebrows and eyelashes tinted as they’re naturally half blonde. The service was fast and well done. I asked for the the colour to be changed on the eyelashes which was sorted without issue. The staff are professional and polite. The service was well priced. Comfortable environment. I’d recommend this service. 👍
These ladies are absolutely brilliant! When I went in the first time my eyebrows if I can call them that were nonexistant. Nyllas soon sorted this out, over the past couple of months my eyebrows have started to take shape beautifully and the tinting applied is so natural looking! Ladies keep up the amazing work you are all fantastic
