Absolute ridiculous not one bit of care went into my eyebrows both completely different should never have left me left the shop like that but was being told hurry up it’s half 1 it’s your lunch time by the other staff went back and spoke to the manager who told her to fix them and she was sniggering clearly thought the situation was funny avoid this place at all costs!
I really like the way they do my eyebrows, but I am not sure about coming back because they don't use hand hygiene. They don't wash hands in between clients and they don't use gloves....
The owner is really sweet and welcoming. Very professional with their work and they know their stuff well when it comes to threading. As for waxing I have never experienced someone as efficient, quick and causing minimal pain. Im super comfortable and happy with the service they provide.
I had both my eyebrows and eyelashes tinted as they’re naturally half blonde. The service was fast and well done. I asked for the the colour to be changed on the eyelashes which was sorted without issue. The staff are professional and polite. The service was well priced. Comfortable environment. I’d recommend this service. 👍
