Gail is a true master of her craft. From start to finish she was efficient, professional and responsive, clearly listening to our brief and requirements and tailoring her work to meet them intuitively and easily. She gave us sound advice on numbers and dimensions, displayed the cakes beautifully and everything was so thought through. Every flavour was perfectly balanced and you can see how gorgeously decorated everything was. Even the gluten free options were delicious - you could not tell the difference! We absolutely cannot rate her enough. We are so glad we found her. Thank you for creating such amazing treats. There was nothing left!
I asked Gail to make a cake for my son's 18th with only 6 days to go! The cake looked fantastic and was really tasty. We were all very impressed I will definitely be using Gail again and highly recommend her cakes!
Gail made the cake for our wedding, she was very friendly and couldn't do enough to help us. The cake was absolutely wonderful, it looked fantastic and Gail even made cake toppers of our dogs out of icing! All of our guests said how great the cake tasted especially the chocolate tier! Couldn't recommend Gail enough, she really helped make our big day special!
I chose Gail to make the cake for my wife’s 60th birthday party. Initially we were going to hold the celebration just down the road, but for various reasons we had to change the venue. But so impressed was I with Gail’s creativity, communication and professional standards, I elected to retain her services despite it being a 80 mile round trip to collect the cake. And my faith was rewarded with an immaculate cake, almost exactly as planned; Gail had made a couple of minor changes which actually greatly enhanced the finished product. And all for a very reasonable cost. I would not hesitate to recommend Gail to anyone wanting a special and bespoke cake for any big occasion or celebration. Top class !
After attending my friends wedding I knew that I wanted the same baker to make my husbands birthday cake as we loved it so much in the wedding. Gail is professional and an incredibly talented baker, the cake was amazing. I say was as within 1 and a half days the whole thing was eaten. The banana and salted caramel is the best cake I’ve ever had. Communication with Gail is easy and the service she provided has been great.
