We met Gail at a wedding fayre and tried some of the tester cake. We were immediately sold!! The wedding cake produced on the day looked spectacular and was probably the best cake I'd ever eaten. It stayed moist and delicious for a good few days. The guests demolished it, the coconut and lime was a highlight, if unconventional! Would 110% recommend to anyone struggling with wedding bakers.

I asked Gail to make a cake for my son's 18th with only 6 days to go! The cake looked fantastic and was really tasty. We were all very impressed I will definitely be using Gail again and highly recommend her cakes!
Gail’s done out beautiful wedding cake, exactly as we asked and it was absolutely gorgeous too. Very friendly and experienced, she helped us by sending out taster box’s and discussing in depth what we wanted, it turned out absolutely beautiful. Thank you Gail.
Gail is a true master of her craft. From start to finish she was efficient, professional and responsive, clearly listening to our brief and requirements and tailoring her work to meet them intuitively and easily. She gave us sound advice on numbers and dimensions, displayed the cakes beautifully and everything was so thought through. Every flavour was perfectly balanced and you can see how gorgeously decorated everything was. Even the gluten free options were delicious - you could not tell the difference! We absolutely cannot rate her enough. We are so glad we found her. Thank you for creating such amazing treats. There was nothing left!
