Can’t recommend BBB boutique enough - it might be smaller than other bridal stores but the customer service is second to none! Special thanks to Lori who helped me find my dream dress (Modeca) and veil - she was so on the ball, was so helpful and made me feel so at ease during my appointments. I had so many compliments about my dress and felt so confident on our wedding day!
Bibbidi Bobbidi Boo Bridal, where do I start? This place is amazing from the all dress collection to the professionalism of each member of staff. The girls know these dresses inside and out. They now what will look amazing on you!! I first visited in March 2023 and bought my dress which was so different to what I had originally planned. The girls are amazing and so patient. They let us enjoy the fun of picking dresses and trying them on. I then returned with my bridesmaid to get their dresses, Lori was amazing and got a sample dress shipped over to allow me to try my dress on again!! Fast forward today to collecting my dress and bridesmaid gowns and I’m absolutely blown away. Thank you so much for all your help and I can’t wait to wear this gown on my big day in April 💕 massive shout out to Lori, who is the kindest, most amazing person in the world and nothing is too big of an ask for her 🥰
I said YES to the dress at Bibbidi Bobbidi Boo Bridal. A massive thank you to Carol who made me feel like I’d known her for years. Carol was very experienced and knowledgeable. She made me feel incredible about myself. I had a decision to make at the end and she gave me and my party loads of time to ourselves speak and make my decision there was no pressure and everything felt very easy. I was able to try on a lot of different dresses which u don’t get to in other shops. Thank you millions Carol xxx
I knew before my wedding that I was looking for a Sophia Tolli dress, & it just so happened that when it came time for looking the store was having a trunk show. When I arrived the girls were so lovely, weren’t pushy whatsoever & made me feel very comfortable. This was the first store & first time I had tried dresses & the experience was great. I said yes to my dress & purchased the Elodie dress which was perfect. I can’t thank the girls enough for encouraging me to try on different styles, as I then purchased my dress in a style I was completely avoiding.
If I could rate higher I would. This was the fifth and final bridal shop I visited before saying yes to the dress at last. From the moment I walked in with my mum and sister, Carole made us all feel so comfortable, nothing was too much trouble for her and there was zero pressure to make a decision there and then. The second dress I tried on turned out to be the one, but Carole helped me solidify my decision by bringing me a few more dresses to try before retrying the second dress. I ended up ordering the dress then and there. Carole is a credit to the store, so kind and listened to everything I said. She made the whole process easy and I couldn’t recommend BBB more! I loved that they don’t ask for an appointment fee like so many other shops do. I also loved their wish list system where you can choose up to 5 dresses from their site which will then be sitting ready for you to try on at your appointment.
