I’ve been going to 1192 for almost 10 years now and I cannot fault a single thing about Sophie and the entire team. I’ve been religiously having my nails done every two weeks for longer than I can remember and the attention to detail by Sophie every time is incredible. If she’s not available then I’m more than happy to go to any of the other girls, they’re all amazing. Everyone is so friendly and just make the whole experience so fun and relaxing. The salon is always spotlessly clean and so welcoming. It’s literally like having a chat with friends when you’re there. Would never ever trust anywhere else to do my treatments!
Firstly the salon is always immaculate. The staff are friendly and knowledgeable. I absolutely love getting my brows done with Chelsea. She is always very welcoming and professional! I've switched recently from threading to HD laminated brows and she understood exactly what I wanted them to look like. I would recommend Chelsea and the whole team at 1192 to anyone! Thanks for always providing the best service.
I have had a massage with Chelsea today, I was very nervous for my first massage but she immediately made me feel 100% comfortable. The massage itself was unbelievable, I felt like I was floating out of the room afterwards. Chelsea was very considerate of the areas I didn’t want worked on & did a fantastic job of recharging my batteries and helping me relax. 100% will be having 1000 more massages! Thankyou Chelsea!!❤️
I’ve been going to 1192 for years now and never once have I received a bad experience. The treatments are fantastic and the salon always strives to ensure the most up to date treatments and skincare are available. The team are professional, warm and friendly and can’t do enough for you. The staff continue their continuous professional development, and this is shown with certifications displayed. Sophie and Emma both have great knowledge of the products and services on offer, that along with the chats and laughter makes each of my appointments like a ‘mini spa- day with the girls!’
Phoned to make an appointment for skin analysis Which was £80 for the 2 of us I was told when I buy a few products the £80 would come off the total price so I booked the appointment for myself and one other when I paid at the end I notice that I was still charged the £80 I then queried about it I explained what was said and I was told that they need to speak to the owners when they get back and she'll give me a ring, the owner said she didn't say that apparently Danielle had explained that I need to buy 6 then 5 items each before the money came off which she did not had I explained I did say look il come down and speak the owner but the manager told me that she didn't really work there. Also I was told I'm the first person ever to raise a issue with the company but after reading the reviews on here I clearly wasn't.( Still haven't heard from the owner)
