There are certainly some good doctors, including in Langenhagen. But there are unfortunately far too few well-organized practices, appreciative treatment discussions and a doctor who also sees his job as a calling. Clearly full marks from me, keep working this way. Thank you.
A great doctor who takes a lot of time to find the right treatment. I have been a patient of Mr. Alexander's for years and even though I now live a little further away, I still enjoy going to this practice. Very competent, explains his colleagues' diagnoses in detail, takes the time to listen to the patient. Just great!
Dr. Alexander and the team are always friendly and helpful. The Doc. takes a lot of time and always answers any questions you have in a way that you understand and not in complicated medical language like others.
The rating does not apply to the doctor. I called as a new patient in January 2023 and was put off until July 1st. In May 2023 I asked again... in response they will try again from July 1st. Today, July 3rd, 2023, I call first thing in the morning at 8 a.m., saying "that would be new to me that we are accepting new patients, I'll ask again... No, we are not accepting any new patients." Communication and information is simply wrong, despite several times Demand. Dear team, please coordinate better with each other so that you can help patients more. Just accept constructive criticism and do better in the future, that's my expectation.
Generation to generation = tradition, the son is like his father back then. Best doctor!
