How many poor reviews before some action taken. I purchased a vehicle for my son, it catastrophically failed in January 24, they still have the vehicle unrepaired over SEVEN months later. If you value customer service, honesty and decency, I would shop elsewhere. TBH have had much better service at Motorpoint who I wholeheartedly recommend.
Spam your phone number years after having bought a car with them. They don't provide a way to contact them on their website, theres no email and to text stop to their number incurs a charge.
I am now reporting them to the relevant ombudsman
Placed an order with them for floor mats over a week before a road trip. Despite being listed as I stock, they were not. No mats, refund up to five days away. Terrible service. Do better.
BMW UK Douglas Park BMW Park's Motor Group Is this an acceptable standard for a BMW AUC to have been carried out to?
Travelled to collect this car (SE70AVM) that had been sold to us as a supposed BMW approved car. On inspection we found that the car had numerous visible safety related faults including:
1. A deep cut to the side wall of the tyre
2. A second tyre worn to excess
3. A chip in driver’s side front screen
Also heavily stone chipped front end. This is not what we expected at this kind of price tag.
We asked to speak to the manager to go through these issues. He was rude and arrogant, making out that we were making mountains out of mole hills. We explained that this level of service was something we’d expect from a car bought from an auction, and not a prestigious car dealership. As we asked for him to reimburse our fuel money for the wasted trip he walked away and muttered ‘No chance’. His customer facing skills were despicable.
Avoid buying used cars from afar at all costs!
We bought a Citroen Berlingo Multispace from the Parks Motor Group garage in St. Boswells on the 12th April 2023. As ever, the sale of the car went smoothly. However, two weeks after we got the car a fault light came on and the car would not start. This has now happened a further 5 times resulting in us being without a usable car 6 times in 6 months. Whenever we try to speak to someone in a position of authority to try and replace this faulty and unreliable car, we are given a different name and can't ever get through to that person. The inaction and failure to recognise a duty of car to customers has left us and our young family in the lurch on multiple occasions and we now face a 4 year PCP deal with a car that breaks down monthly. I will not be using Parks again and would not recommend them to anyone.
