Common Problems and Troubleshooting
Check that you're signed in to the correct account and open My Planner. If someone invited you as a collaborator, make sure you've accepted the invitation using the correct email address.
Your countdown uses the date saved for your event. Check the wedding date in Event Settings and correct it if necessary.
Recording a supplier's price is different from logging an actual payment. Check the Budget section to make sure you've recorded the relevant expense.
Review your expense records for missing payments, duplicate entries or incorrect amounts. Your remaining budget is based on your recorded spending against the total budget.
Check that the guest has been added to your Guest List and review their invitation inclusion and response information. You can also use the search and filter tools in RSVP management.
The guest may have been marked as attending manually without completing the formal digital RSVP process. Wedvisa distinguishes between guest-list attendance and invitation responses.
Check whether the guest is eligible, has already been invited or has an existing response. Also review their contact information and invitation inclusion setting.
Check the invitation status and contact details. If necessary, contact the guest directly and make sure they receive their own personalised invitation link.
Check that they're using the correct personalised link. If the problem continues, contact Wedvisa support.
Check whether the guest has been marked as declined or has already been assigned to a seat. Declined guests are hidden from the unassigned guest list.
The itinerary item may not have any assigned recipients. Check its recipient settings and select the guests or suppliers who should see it.
If your wedding is approaching, Wedvisa may use a compressed planning timeline. You can review the generated schedule and add custom milestones.
Check the event's date settings and use the Regenerate option in the Timeline section if you need a newly generated planning schedule.
Their permissions may be view-only, or they may not have editing access to that section. Check their role and permissions in Collaborators.
Their invitation may still be pending. You can use the Resend option and ask them to check their email, including spam or junk folders.
Check whether guest uploads are enabled and whether Guest-List Only Uploads is restricting access. Make sure the guest is using the correct event upload link.
Photographs may be pending approval, flagged for moderation or marked private. Review the album's upload statuses and visibility settings.
Check whether your payout account has been connected through the Wish List payment settings. Online gift collection requires the relevant payment setup.
Offline gifts need to be recorded using Log Offline Gift before they appear in your gift records and contribution totals.
Some settings are marked Soon and are not currently available. Other settings may depend on the event or feature you're managing.
Try refreshing the page, checking your account and verifying that you've saved the relevant information. If the problem continues, contact Wedvisa support at hello@wedvisa.com with a description of the issue.
